These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Vaelon website and customers of the restaurant. By using our site, booking a table, or attending an event at Vaelon, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you’re running late or need to cancel, please notify us in advance. No-shows may affect your ability to book in the future.
Event Bookings
Private events require advance booking and may involve a deposit.
Custom menus, guest capacity, and setup requests must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a partial or full charge.
Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods at checkout.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
For large group bookings or events, a deposit may be required in advance.
Promotions & Offers
Discounts, promotions, or loyalty offers may be subject to availability and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Only one promotion may be used per visit unless stated otherwise.
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.
